I Really Don't Want To Sue Anybody. Do I Really Need A Lawyer?
Lawsuits are filed in only a small minority of claims that arise from motor
vehicle collisions and accident and injury cases. If your case is properly handled
and presented, the likelihood of a lawsuit being filed is very small. Sometimes,
however, it is necessary for an attorney to file a lawsuit to secure a fair
and adequate recovery for your injuries.
You can only make an informed decision on whether or not to pursue your claim after
you have spoken with an attorney and had him or her explain your legal rights. Your
rights can simply "evaporate" over time if you fail to be informed and act when necessary.
